Vol. 4 No. 3 (2022): Julio-Septiembre

The third issue of 2022 of the International Policy magazine, corresponding to the July-September quarter, incorporates topics of various kinds, with special emphasis on the Latin American and Caribbean region in the context of World Geopolitics. In a changing international order, it is increasingly necessary for a Latin America and the Caribbean united in its diversity, strengthening its ability to act as a relevant actor in international politics.

This issue also gives continuity to various works on China that have been published in our magazine. On the other hand, in the Cuban Diplomacy section, we will have the opportunity to resume the analysis of the validity and importance of the Message to the Tricontinental, 55 years after its publication.

We make this new issue available to readers, in the hope that it will contribute to a better analysis and understanding of contemporary international relations and the growing complexities of an International System in transition.
