Vol. 7 No. 3 (2025): Julio-Septiembre

The third issue of 2025 of the Journal Política Internacional, corresponding to the July-September quarter, offers an analysis of the challenges and complex dynamics of the current global landscape. The section "THE WORLD WE LIVE IN" examines interactions between powers, the relationships of key countries, and specific foreign policies, such as the competition between the United States and Russia in Africa, Argentina's relations with the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, and the triangular dynamics of Vietnam with China and the United States, as well as the challenges of the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons, among other topics. Meanwhile, "CUBAN DIPLOMACY" explores Cuba's foreign policy, diplomatic history, and international relations, from historical and contemporary episodes to cultural diplomacy and its regional strategy. "INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS" presents theoretical reflections on the modern world-system and regional issues, including decolonial perspectives, the strategic interests of various emerging powers in the Global South, cultural diplomacy, and regional integration in Latin America; and finally, the "NOTES" section analyzes the BRICS and de-dollarization. Thanks are extended to all contributors for their input into the debate on international phenomena.
