This second issue of 2023, corresponding to the April-June quarter, addresses various topics of special relevance for the analysis of contemporary international relations. In its pages, you will find several articles that analyze the performance and role of the United States of America in international politics; both in its geopolitical and technological confrontation with China, with regional and global geopolitical implications; in its strategy towards Latin America, as well as in its geostrategic projections and ambitions towards the Arctic. Likewise, there are examinations of multilateral issues and international law, together with other works that address various dimensions of diplomatic action or Cuba's international relations.
