Abstract

The Vice President of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, David Choquehuanca Céspedes, visited the Higher Institute of International Relations (ISRI) to present his book "The Geopolitics of Living Well." The Living Well theory focuses on promoting a profound transformation in international relations and facilitating a transition towards a new world order, placing Mother Earth at the center and seeking to protect humanity from what it considers to be the "Catastrophe caused by World Capitalism." The book presents a new and distinct vision of the world, fighting against capitalism and advocating for the existence of plurinational, decolonized, and intercultural states. The theory seeks the well-being of people, the care and protection of the environment, and the struggle for human rights, equality, and social justice. Choquehuanca's book is a guide to building a new Plurinational State of Living Well.
