Specific contribution of each author to the academic production through CRediT.

As part of the commitment to transparency in scientific communication and continuous editorial improvement, starting with Issue No. 2 of 2024, the journal Política Internacional institutes that, in all original research articles of multiple authorship, with more than one author, a mandatory declaration of the degrees of individual contribution to the manuscript presented will be required.

This declaration will be carried out following the CRediT taxonomy (Contributor Roles Taxonomy), which allows identifying and recognizing, by means of 14 roles, the responsibilities and contributions of each author to the results of the research.
